By generating a pairing code, scanning a QR code, or otherwise connecting a WhatsApp account to THE GHOST MINI OFC, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
THE GHOST MINI OFC is an automated WhatsApp assistant that connects to your WhatsApp account as a linked device. It responds to text commands and provides features including media downloading, content search, group administration, media conversion, artificial intelligence utilities and an entertainment economy system.
The service is provided free of charge and is operated independently. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms Inc. in any way.
You agree that you will not use the service to:
Download and search commands operate by querying third party websites and public interfaces. The operator does not host, store, upload or control any of the media returned by these commands. All rights in that content remain with their respective owners.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any downloaded material complies with copyright law and the terms of the originating website. The operator accepts no liability for how you use retrieved content.
The operator reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, ban or permanently terminate access for any user, at any time, with or without notice, particularly where abuse, spam, exploitation or illegal activity is suspected.
The service is provided on an as available basis. No guarantee is made regarding uptime, response speed, message delivery or the continued availability of any individual feature. Features may be added, modified, degraded or removed at any time without prior notice.
WhatsApp may independently disconnect, restrict or ban linked devices and automated accounts. The operator has no control over such actions and cannot restore accounts affected by them.
The service is provided strictly on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of messages, account restriction or account ban arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator against any claim, demand, loss or expense arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
These terms may be revised at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced through the official support channel.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Privacy Policy explains what information THE GHOST MINI OFC collects, why it is collected, how it is stored and what rights you have over it. It applies to the pairing website and to the WhatsApp bot service.
Session credentials. When you link your device, WhatsApp generates encrypted authentication credentials. These are stored in a private MongoDB database and are required to keep your bot connected. They are never shared with any third party.
Account identifiers. Your WhatsApp identifier, phone number in identifier form, and public display name are stored to associate settings and preferences with your session.
Usage counters. The name of each command you run and a running total of commands used are recorded to power statistics, leaderboards and abuse detection.
Group configuration. For groups where the bot is active, group identifiers, group names and feature toggles such as anti link or welcome settings are stored.
Technical logs. Temporary connection logs including timestamps and error messages may be produced by the hosting platform.
When the anti delete feature is enabled, incoming messages are cached temporarily so that a deleted message can be recovered and forwarded to the bot owner inbox. These cached records are automatically and permanently purged after twenty four hours by a database expiry rule. You may disable this feature at any time with the corresponding command.
Processing is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the moment you voluntarily link your device. You may withdraw that consent instantly by unlinking the device in WhatsApp.
All persistent data is stored in a MongoDB Atlas cluster protected by authentication, network restrictions and encryption in transit. Access is limited to the operator. While strong safeguards are applied, no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure.
Certain commands forward your query text to third party interfaces in order to return a result, for example media resolvers, movie index sites, translation services, weather services and artificial intelligence providers. Only the minimum query necessary is transmitted. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies, which are outside the operator control.
Requests can be made through the official support channel.
The service is not directed at children under the age of thirteen. If it is discovered that data belonging to such a child has been collected, it will be deleted promptly upon notification.
This pairing website stores no cookies for tracking purposes. A temporary session identifier is kept in browser memory only for the duration of the pairing process and is discarded when the page is closed.
This policy may be updated periodically. The revision date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version, and significant changes will be announced on the official support channel.
